NATHHAN's Statement of Faith

            We believe that the Bible is the inspired word of God and is His completed and final revelation to man.  The Bible, in its original autograph, is without error in whole and part, including theological concepts as well as geographical and historical details as well.

             God has existed from all eternity in three persons: God the Father, God the Son, and God the Holy Spirit.  Jesus Christ was God come in the flesh being fully God and fully man, except without sin.

             All men are in violation of God’s Holy requirements stated in the bible and are therefore sinful, and are under His wrath and fair condemnation.

             Jesus Christ’s central purpose in coming to earth was to pay the penalty for man’s sin through His substitutionary death on the cross.  His successful accomplishment of this is attested to by his subsequent visible, bodily resurrection.

             Salvation is offered as a gift, free to the repentant sinner.  Individuals must respond to this gift, not putting their trust in any of their works, but in the sacrificial death of Jesus Christ alone.
